Claim one free Basic pack every day from the Cards page. The daily pack resets at midnight Eastern Time. Diamond members also receive a weekly Rare pack, and Platinum members receive a weekly Epic pack. Both are added alongside the daily claim.

Every completed regular season awards one performance pack based on your points percentage: below .500 earns a Regular pack, .500 or better earns a Rare pack, .750 or better earns an Epic pack, and the league's best record earns a Legendary pack. The Stanley Cup winner receives a separate Legendary pack.

The Seasonal Pack costs 5,000 coins and can be purchased as often as you like. It has an 8% chance at a Seasonal cosmetic instead of its player card; the other 92% contains one player card and coins. It is the only source of Seasonal banners and Seasonal crests. Packs are added directly to your account, not to a save.

Prismatic Packs cost 75 Prestige Tokens. Each contains a 25% chance at a Prismatic Card. If that roll misses, the pack still contains one Legendary and two Elite cards. Prismatic Packs can also contain a frame and coins.

Yes. The Card Store sells Basic, Rare, Epic, Legendary and Seasonal packs. Purchased packs go straight to your collection and can be opened from the Cards page or your account Inventory.

Cards come in Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary rarities. Epic and Legendary cards can roll as MVP or X-Factor treatments. X-Factor cards add +3 OVR and can arrive with pre-attached X-Factors.

No. Cards belong to your account. You can deploy an available card to a club, where it remains until you sell it or return it to your collection.

Prismatic Cards are account-level collectibles. They cannot be sold or traded, can only be locked to one save, and return to your roster when you Prestige. A Prismatic Card can also be kept as a showcase-only collectible.

Yes. Coins, manager XP, trophies, cosmetics and card levels belong to your account, not an individual save.

Prestige begins after 20 Stanley Cup wins in the current cycle. Each later Prestige requires 20 additional Cups. Prestige resets the roster, contracts, facilities and current season while keeping staff, scouting, Prismatic Cards and Framed players. The maximum Prestige level is currently 10.

Prestige Tokens can be spent on Prismatic Packs, frames, a 30-day Diamond membership (50 Tokens), permanent save slots (30 Tokens, maximum two) and other endgame rewards.

Frames are applied to generated players to create permanent Franchise Players. A player can hold one frame; upgrading consumes the old frame and the new one. Framed players do not retire and reset to draft age when you Prestige. Frames are managed from Inventory or from a save's Frames page.

Rookie accounts have one save, Diamond has two, and Platinum has four. Up to two additional permanent save slots can be purchased with Prestige Tokens.

Unopened packs, frames and cosmetics are all listed in the Inventory section of your account page. Packs can be opened directly from Inventory.

Club identity is chosen when the franchise is created. New crests and banners unlocked later are available from the crest picker and profile showcase.
